By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Air Amino LLC supplies laboratory and research materials. Products designated as Research Use Only ("RUO") are sold exclusively for legitimate research purposes and are subject to our Research Use Only Policy.
2. No Medical Advice
Information provided through this website is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Air Amino does not provide individualized medical treatment, prescribing, dosing, or veterinary advice through the sale of RUO products.
3. Purchaser Representations
When purchasing an RUO product, you represent that:
- You are legally permitted to purchase the product;
- Your intended use is legitimate research;
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- You will not use the product for human or veterinary administration or consumption; and
- Information supplied during checkout or purchaser verification is accurate.
4. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Air Amino may verify an order before fulfillment and may refuse or cancel an order for compliance, availability, fraud-prevention, payment-processing, legal, regulatory, or other legitimate business reasons.
If Air Amino cancels an order after collecting payment and the order has not otherwise become nonrefundable under an applicable disclosed policy, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed before completion of the transaction when applicable.
6. Shipping
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside Air Amino's reasonable control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
8. Product Handling
Purchasers are responsible for determining appropriate laboratory handling, storage, protective equipment, research procedures, and disposal practices for products they purchase.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use this website or products purchased from Air Amino for unlawful purposes, provide materially false information during checkout or verification, attempt payment fraud, or purchase RUO products for prohibited human or veterinary use.
10. Intellectual Property
Air Amino names, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Air Amino will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from misuse of an RUO product or use contrary to its stated research designation.
Nothing in this provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
Air Amino may update these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date will be posted on this website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
