Products identified by Air Amino LLC ("Air Amino," "we," "us," or "our") as Research Use Only ("RUO") are offered solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product, RUO products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or medical condition.

Qualified Purchasers

By purchasing an RUO product from Air Amino, the purchaser represents that:

• The product is being acquired for a legitimate research purpose.
• The purchaser has the knowledge, facilities, training, and authorization appropriate for the intended research activity.
• The product will not be administered to or consumed by humans or animals.
• The product will not be resold or otherwise supplied for human or veterinary use.
• The purchaser will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Intended Use

Air Amino does not authorize the use of RUO products as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products.

Purchaser Verification
