Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

Air Amino currently ships eligible orders within the United States.

We reserve the right to restrict shipment to particular destinations when required for legal, regulatory, carrier, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment authorization and any required purchaser or compliance verification.

Orders received before the applicable shipping cutoff may be eligible for same-business-day processing. Processing and shipment are not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and verification requirements have been completed.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after a shipping label is generated or the order is transferred to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Customers should contact Air Amino immediately after discovering an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact Air Amino promptly at support@airamino.com with your order number and relevant photographs or other documentation when applicable.

We will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Carrier Delays

Air Amino is not responsible for delays caused solely by carriers, weather, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will reasonably assist customers with eligible carrier inquiries.
