Returns & Refunds Policy
We want customers to receive the products they ordered in appropriate condition.
Order Problems
Contact Air Amino at support@airamino.com if:
- You received an incorrect item;
- An item arrived damaged;
- An item is missing from your shipment; or
- You believe your order was materially different from what was ordered.
Please include your order number and photographs when relevant.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Verified damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
Returns
Because some products may have handling, storage, contamination, integrity, or chain-of-custody considerations, eligibility to return a product depends on its condition and product category.
Do not send a product back without receiving return authorization from Air Amino.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, improperly stored, damaged after delivery, or otherwise cannot reasonably be returned to inventory may be ineligible for return except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
An order may generally be canceled if fulfillment has not begun. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
The time required for the refund to appear on your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Fraud or Abuse
Air Amino reserves the right to investigate refund or replacement requests that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or inconsistent with order records.
This does not affect rights customers may have under applicable law.
